QWho is in the Growth Network community?
Growth Network members are generally the senior-most executives in a function at Georgian-funded companies, plus their direct reports if the company has surpassed $50M in ARR. Our membership is cross-functional, international, and spans industries from AI, to cybersecurity, to healthcare, to retail, and beyond.
QCan I invite a colleague?
Yes! We encourage members to refer peers from their organizations. While our membership eligibility defines the standard profile of our members, please don't hesitate to refer any colleague who you think may benefit from the Growth Network. QWhy is Georgian investing in a community like this?
Since our inception, we have sought to invest in and deliver on Georgian's thesis areas to bring added value to our portfolio companies. But we believe the needs of today's fast-growing companies can't be fully addressed by a single organization. In our opinion, we can deliver additional value by enabling the people at our portfolio companies to work together. With the Growth Network, we are stewarding the collective resources and expertise of the Georgian family to help our individual companies scale.

QWhat etiquette rules should I be aware of in the Growth Network?
Beyond adhering to the community Terms & Conditions, which cover topics like confidentiality, we generally invite members to be generous in their interactions and avoid selling their products in this space. And we encourage members to be as responsive as possible toward one another.
QHow can I get more involved?
We're delighted you asked! Members like you are what makes this community so special. There are plenty of ways to contribute. You can volunteer to welcome new members, request meeting topics (or offer to lead a meeting), host a local gathering at your office, respond to member questions in Slack, and so much more.
QIf I leave my company, can I still access the Growth Network?
The Growth Network community is designed exclusively for employees of companies in the Georgian family. Please contact vanessa@georgian.io for special alumni consideration.
QWhat if my company doesn't allow me to use Slack?
From time to time, due to regulation or security policy, some of our members need an alternative way of participating in the Growth Network. Please contact emily.burnham@georgian.io and she will help you with the arrangements.
